Responsibilities
Frontend Development:
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions leveraging modern technologies such as React, Redux, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend services while maintaining a strong focus on usability, performance, and design fidelity.
Backend Development:
- Design and build robust APIs to support emerging use cases, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.
Design Implementation:
- Convert detailed Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functional web applications while maintaining responsiveness and accessibility standards.
Infrastructure Expertise:
- Build and maintain a platform capable of hosting multiple applications within a unified ecosystem, ensuring scalability, stability, and resilience.
- Develop robust infrastructure to support modular, component-based architectures.
Database Management:
- Leverage relational, NoSQL, and vector databases, selecting optimal solutions for specific use cases.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across applications.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, product, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of features.
- Contribute to architectural decisions to support long-term scalability and maintainability.
User and Data-Driven Development:
- Prioritize data-driven and user-centered development to build content-focused applications that users love to engage with.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to guide development decisions.
Best Practices:
- Adhere to and promote best practices, including code reviews, comprehensive testing, and maintaining a clean, scalable codebase.
Requirements
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in React and Redux, with familiarity in modern frontend tools and frameworks such as TailwindCSS and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
- Strong knowledge of Python, with preferred experience in Django.
- Strong expertise in scalable system design, with the ability to architect solutions that support growth and adaptability.
Experience:
- 5+ years of full stack development experience or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong technical expertise.

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations and Sales Associate to join our team. About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer/Animator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will bring concepts to life by creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations. Working closely with our creative team, you’ll produce high-quality video assets for a variety of platforms, ensuring all deliverables align with the brand’s vision and project objectives.
This position is ideal for a creative thinker with a strong portfolio of animation work, a passion for storytelling through motion, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Motion Design and Animation: Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for video content, advertisements, social media, presentations, and more.
• Asset Creation: Design and manage visual elements, including typography, illustrations, and other assets, for use in motion graphics.
• Editing and Integration: Incorporate sound design, voiceovers, and other multimedia elements into animations to deliver polished final outputs.
