Responsibilities
Frontend Development:
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions leveraging modern technologies such as React, Redux, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend services while maintaining a strong focus on usability, performance, and design fidelity.
Backend Development:
- Design and build robust APIs to support emerging use cases, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.
Design Implementation:
- Convert detailed Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functional web applications while maintaining responsiveness and accessibility standards.
Infrastructure Expertise:
- Build and maintain a platform capable of hosting multiple applications within a unified ecosystem, ensuring scalability, stability, and resilience.
- Develop robust infrastructure to support modular, component-based architectures.
Database Management:
- Leverage relational, NoSQL, and vector databases, selecting optimal solutions for specific use cases.

User and Data-Driven Development:

Requirements
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in React and Redux, with familiarity in modern frontend tools and frameworks such as TailwindCSS and TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of Python, with preferred experience in Django.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations and Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines operational excellence with the opportunity to grow into a sales position, focusing on sourcing new clients, building relationships, and onboarding them to Maestro. You will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing key projects, and driving business development efforts as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and track key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
